Canada:
Shipping is $20.00 CAD flat rate for packages shipped within Canada and includes tracking & insurance up to $100 CAD value.
Lettermail shipping is $3.00 to $5.00 CAD and has NO tracking or insurance available.
Any orders over $150 CAD ship free.
USA:
Shipping is $28.00 CAD flat rate for packages shipped to the US and include tracking & insurance up to $100 CAD value.
Lettermail shipping is $5.00 to $10.00 CAD and has NO tracking or insurance available.
Any orders over $150 CAD ship free.
International:
We ship worldwide, please contact us for rates!

We address changes on a case-by-case basis and do not accept cancellations without cause. Please contact us with any concerns!

Although we do the best we can to ensure your order arrives safely, in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

Due to the nature of lettermail service, we are not responsible for any delay or loss in the postal system once your order leaves our hands, but we will try our best to make it right. Please let us know ASAP!

We do not currently have a storefront, but hope to join more local shops, markets and craft fairs in the future. Any events will be posted about!

Yes! All the artwork is designed and digitally or traditionally hand-drawn by me and printed professionally.

We know how important it is for your items to arrive safely without damage. We take care to wrap all fragile items with bubble wrap, but we always reuse packaging when possible! Please recycle or reuse ♥︎
